Any update on this? I’m tired of seeing Gordon and Morris every inch of I10 and Hwy 90. They are abhorrent in every aspect.

What about doctors who advertise? Bucee's? How about McDonald's? do those bother you too?

I like the Dr. Plantz signs. Very trashy.

No, because they are not encouraging frivolous, bullshite lawsuits so lowlifes can get their payday.

well LA HB 372 won't prohibit their signs

this bill is overhyped and won't affect the big boys who do assembly line small cases as their primary bread/butter

this may hurt the bigger cases (due to the collateral source rule) but only what the client receives (the attorney will still make $$$)

Not to mention, the session ended a couple of weeks back and the bill was killed.

This was the only part worth a piss. Get this done, then eliminate UM from CCP art. 76, and we will make some progress.

But you are OK with the hundreds of fast food billboards along the I 10 Corredor that promote hundreds of medical issues that increase your health insurance rates? Seems like you’re splitting hairs here of what you don’t like.

Maybe if Johhny fat boy would concentrate on driving and not eating his triple from Wendy’s he wouldn’t rear end as many people.

Session is over and it didn’t pass.

But you can take a look at SCR 37 and see what you want to do with that.

Can anyone speak to auto insurance prices / climate in Alabama?

Was in Gulf Shores over the weekend, and the drive on I-10 seems to have as many personal injury attorney billboards per mile as LA does.

There may be 3-5 total fast food billboards between Nola and Lafayette on Hwy 90 compared to ~100+ PI lawyer billboards. You obviously are not paying attention to the ratio of PI billboards compared to others in Louisiana. It’s absurd.
