John Kelly's phone was compromised for months

The discovery raises concerns that hackers or foreign governments may have had access to data on Kelly’s phone while he was secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and after he joined the West Wing.
Tech support staff discovered the suspected breach after Kelly turned his phone in to White House tech support this summer complaining that it wasn’t working or updating software properly.

one would hope he would follow security protocol and not have sensitive info on a personal phone.
But still they could track who is calling and where is he going, or they could depending on the hack.

Did I say you couldn't? Can you have a country without population? Without government? Without autonomy? Without Sovereignty? Without international recognition? It takes a lot more than borders to define a country.
