The guy was literally asked if during a period of over one year, he had any communications whatsoever with anyone from Russia. Anyone who, under oath, could conclusively answer that question is a liar.

To be fair, Russians weren't a blip on his radar until the media told him he was colluding with them to steal the election so it's not surprising he doesn't remember any particular conversation with them which were probably about the best Vodka or some small talk shite that he has long since forgotten.
