It's official...Trump is requesting bids on the wall

The procurement will be conducted in two phases, the first requiring vendors to submit a concept paper of their prototype(s) by March 10, 2017, which will result in the evaluation and down select of offerors by March 20, 2017. The second phase will require the down select of phase 1 offerors to submit proposals in response to the full RFP by March 24, 2017, which will include price. Multiple awards are contemplated by mid-April for this effort. An option for additional miles may be included in each contract award.

I think the wall be at least triple redundant....one is easy to scale and two ain't much harder...but three...three is the ticket...
And it should be made entirely out of of 304 stainless and Micro reinforced UHPC with a compressive strength of about 200 MPa....like that used in the new WTC...we don't want them brown bastards busting holes in it!!!

Having worked on drilling rigs within eyesight of the border and seeing illegals run across...i can tell you that the land owners would GLADLY sell 0.005% of their land for security.
