Those guys had 6 years to work on a replacement. They passed a bill in BOTH houses forced a obama veto.
This shows how empty their bill was. They knew it would be vetoed. Now they can pass it and they are too spineless to even vote on their shite bill.
I know folks love to pile on Trump but he just took office. The House clowns have been around and they deserve the lions share of the shitstorm.
