Is there a true goal of US Conservatives and Liberals?

In other words, what does the end goal, utopia look like for the average conservative and liberal in the United States?

On some level they aren't that different.
Both want government for different reasons, even though most Conservatives won't or can't admit it.

The Conservative Utopia of government (generally speaking) is 'don't call us, we'll call you'. We recognize the need for government, but limited to say the least. Otherwise, keep us safe, provide major infrastructure. Be there in a disaster... but leave the rest to me.
The Liberal Utopia of government is "solve all my problems and be responsible for me". Their end goal? There is no end goal with Liberalism. As my mother used to say, "if they didn't have anything to complain about, they would complain about not having anything to complain about!!

Liberals want an atheistic commune where everyone is transgendered and bi-racial. Conservatives want a Protestant Christian dictatorship where all tax dollars go to the military and only Bud Light is available in the beer aisle.

The end goal seems to be the continued polarization of both parties leading to a virtual stalemate where nothing can be done and only resentment grows.

Interesting that you used Conservative/Liberal rather than Republican/Democrat. Conservative and Republican are not synonymous the way that Democrat and Liberal are. As far as I can tell, there are no Democrats on the federal level That are not Liberals. Conservatives are a small, but vocal minority in the Republican party.
The reason that Conservatives carry so much weight is that everyone, including Democrats know that Conservatives by and large legislate and govern closer to the intent of the Constitution and the Founding Fathers than anyone else. The goal of a true Conservative is adherence and reverence to the Constitution, which limits the size and scope of the federal government.
Liberalism is just a tool to achieve Progressivism. Progressivism just a tool to achieve Socialism. Socialism is just a tool to achieve Communism. Communism is just a tool to achieve Marxism. All of which are an anathema to the freedoms and liberty found in the Constitution, and the principles this country was founded upon. So the true goal of Liberals is the destruction of this country as we know, and love it. They prove this every day by their actions.

Uh huh. Then they make it illegal to buy wine on Sundays. Then turn around and resist state gun control measures
Liberals want a progressive tax system, less nation building, smaller military budget, clean air and water through more oversight on industry.. to provide a safety net and raise the quality of living floor. They aren't concerned with the quality of living ceiling.
Conservatives think that they are millionaires who just haven't made it yet and the government and poor people are the primary reason why
