Is there a law against having a privatized militia

I mean if you are a corporation that wanted your own private army, is it possible to do so while using the 2nd Amendment as a shield.
The only difference would be that the gun expenses are handle via private entity instead of individual purchase. You could always only hire guys who have the appropriate gun licenses.

There are a lot of private, armed guard force companies that are incorporated in the US and operate here and abroad.
