Is Russia Going to Be Blamed For Every Nationalist Movement?

They (the MSM and Congress) are already convinced Russia "stole" the American election. They are convinced Russia hacked the UK and changed the Brexit vote from no to yes. They are saying that Russia is stealing the French election. (Apparently Putin failed in getting Wilders elected in the Netherlands. Hey, he's not perfect).
It appears that Russia is a "cyber" superpower -- their cyber capabilities are light years ahead of America's. They are able to hack into any and every election booth in the world and change votes to their heart's desire. How has our CIA fallen so far behind in such technical capability? How did we allow a sanctioned and economically weak Russia to obtain these almost magical election hacking abilities?
So my question: Is every election result that the Democrats don't like going to be blamed on Russia ad infinitum into the future? If Le Pen wins, is it going to be blamed on Russia? Is a Frexit going to be blamed on Putin? Is any resistance to the Islamification of Europe going to be blamed on Putin?
What are we NOT allowed to blame on Putin? Can we at least agree on that?

Well...Russia is supporting both the left wing Calexit and the right wing Texit movements. Putin met with Marie Le Pen recently. Russia is all about causing chaos in the west and deligitimizing democracy. They are throwing money, resources, and propaganda at the wall and seeing if anything sticks. Most of it won't, but some of it might. To the extent they can weaken the US and the EU, it strengthens them. This is their game.

One of our other mental health providers had to leave suddenly today because of an "emergency", leaving me and others to pick up the patients this person was supposed to be seeing.

Russia has been a hacking center for decades, this isn't new. They are just applying this expertise to our political system, vs. stealing credit cards.
