Is racism & bigotry more of a generational thing?

90's kids grew up in a badass era of nonconformity - Millennials
I keep seeing people talk about the "racial divide" in this country.. and it sure seems like it's mostly between old white dudes and minorities.. seems much more like a divide among demographics.. don't see very much racism between millennials.
Is it because we were raised better?
