We've all seen the so-called "Lies" by this administration, "most transparent", "not even a smidgeon", "you can keep your doctor", "we'll have plenty of time to review and debate legislation", "we'll work with both sides of the aisle", etc...

Is President Obama a master puppeteer who is reshaping the country according to his vision, or is he just and inexperienced and incompetent exectutive who appointed a bunch of political ideologues to powerful positions in his administration and then went golfing?

Obama and his administration are masters at campaigning which involves getting your message out and trumpeting it at the expense of your opponents message.

With the help of a lap dog press, they are quite effective, and they have said things that we now know were outright lies, and the press has hardly challenged Obama and his regime.

But when it comes to leadership, and running a government (not a campaign); the guy is in way over his head.

Either way it's got to be one of the 2 and both should be (if not are) grounds for impeachment.

Just wasn't ready, and really had no one to hold him accountable in his life. But, sometimes you have to show liberals that all that college brain-storming doesn't work in reality, and that our biggest enemy to freedom is Gov't. Just hope for America's sake they are honest about the failure that is Obama, and liberalism.

By "or" you mean "and", right?

On the domestic front, and relative to changing public policy and perception, I think Obama is arguably the most effective president in history at achieving the goals he and his closest associates have set for themselves.

Relative to domestic policy, it is greatly beneficial that he is a minority and that he has a willing press corp that is unwilling to challenge his massive failures, lies and fraud. Without the press, he would be nothing.

This leads to foreign policy.

I think Obama is both inept at foreign policy and disinterested in foreign policy. His only foreign policy objectives were rooted in satisfying his base (get out of Iraq, concentrate of Afghanistan). I think the rest he views as a nuisance.

Moreover, the foreign press stopped carrying his water pretty early on. The hollow effect of his words actually ring as such across the pond.

Lots of truth in this statement.

I think it is more of the attitude of the ends justify the means. He will do or say anything if he believes it advances his agenda.

As with so many things, these two are not necessarily mutually exclusive.

It is said, "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.", but I would think that he is aware of at least some of the consequences of his policies.

I'm just telling you this as a courtesy. If you only post to mock thread titles, thread topics or ridicule the viewpoint of others via really, really stupid Strawmen, without any corresponding substantive argument, you will get the Banhammer. And not one single frick will be given.

Rather than mock the board and act like a child, why don't you tell us why we are wrong to think such things about Obama. I dare you!
