Trump - I want Americans to get affordable healthcare with low deductibles and get the government out of the way.

LOL at everyone in this thread who says Trump is motivated by anything other than himself.
Trump knows this bill is a turd but supports it because he has no legitimate alternative that keeps his promises of no cuts to medicaid and insurance for everyone. His primary motivation is for people to like him. He's just trying to figure out how to move the goalposts and lower his base's expectations.
Obama's goal was to get as many people covered as possible, even if it meant spending other people's money.
