Oh, they'll cut both. They'll cut the NEA at least 30 bucks. The EPA will get it much worse. Maybe 60 bucks.

You people are idiots Obama increased epa budget by 200 million in 2016. And it was increased before that too by Obama. Trump just knocking it down.
