Law 101, His testimonies of Hillary, and Huma using ignorance of the law was laughable. He was way over due.

You obviously failed law 101. Have someone explain care law to you then read the scotus holdings regarding the espionage act. Intent IS required or the statute is unconstitutional

I have heard people a lot smarter than you say it isn't.

Why don't you run your theory by the kid from the sub who is in jail for sending a few pics of where he worked. Do you think he had "intent" to disseminate classified data when he sent some pics of where he worked to his mom?

What are you claiming?..that the only charges could be under the espionage act?
