I saw something in Texas this week I haven't seen in years

A house is being built down the street from me. The construction workers were all either black or white people. The concrete truck was being driven by a black lady. I have no complaints with work done by Hispanics, I had just been use to seeing them exclusively do all the residential construction for the last 20 years or so out here.

Anybody else starting to see the demographics of construction workers starting to change? If so, I would guess it is more due to construction owners jumping on the Trump train instead of any initiatives already taking effect.

Oddly enough, I have thought the same. Outside of shingle roofing crews and sheet rock installers, all I have seen is whites or blacks.
