When it is being done on a large scale in the name of that religion....yes. When that religion is known for terrorist attacks all over the world and the more mainstream typically do not condemn the attacks....yes.

They did a controlled explosion in the city cathedral, but it was just clothes. They've done another one since then and I'm not sure of the details.
