I have a theory, about Hillary's non-pardon

So I've been asking myself why Obama didn't pardon Hillary on the way out the door. Well, you know he and Hillary didn't want to "admit" her guilt, and that's what a pardon would have done in the minds of most Americans.
Notice how Trump came out of his private meeting with Obama with a new attitude toward Hillary. He said things like "I don't want to hurt the Clintons" and "I don't want to hurt her".
I was also surprised at how helpful Obama was in the transition process. I did not expect that.
My theory is that Obama and Trump made a deal during their private meeting: Obama would be supportive and helpful during the transition, and Trump would promise not to go after Hillary.
I hope I am wrong because I would like to see justice done, but that's my theory.

Obama is not a fan of the Clintons, Hillary in particular. While "campaigning " for her, especially in Florida & N.Carolina, half of his speeches used the words " I" and "me"; point being he was trying to sell his legacy, not help her.

I think there was more to the deal. I had a comment about this earlier but my theory is that they had to close the Clinton Foundation and she had to show up at the inauguration.

Not prosecuting Hillary now is a chess move. There really is no statute of limitations on it. Anytime she or Chelsea might want to re-enter the political arena, you launch an investigation. It's insurance. There when you need it.
