I don't enjoy listening to Mark Steyn fill in for Rush

Walter Williams has retired. His health started going downhill after his wife died.
Steyn is very witty. I LOL when he is subbing. Not so with Rush.

He's my go to guest speaker while America's anchorman is away.

I like Mark Steyn and his cheeky humor.

I do. In fact I often enjoy him more than Rush.

Steyn is great.

Meh. I find Rush to be funnier. Steyn just seems so obvious and never turns off the 'humor'.

When Rush was gone to the dopehead hospital he had a guy guest host a few times that I actually thought was the best of all. But that was years ago and I forgot his name

I've liked Steyn in the past but I do feel like recently when I listen to him he basically does the humor/satire thing the ENTIRE time. Like every sentence. It's okay from time to time, but after a while it's just annoying and even seems like a bit of a crutch and he starts repeating himself a lot as he streams his witty barbs. He is very smart and witty with some good points, but it's a little too "cute" for me in large doses.
