I am a woman, here me roar

But I don't dress and act like the patriarchy says a woman should act and dress like. I have a penis. I dress in men's clothes and go by Nathan, because I don't let men decide what is right for a free, modern woman like me. I like men's hobbies, and I do not conform to your standards because society was created by men to bestow male privilege on men and keep women like me from being able to express ourselves. You think a woman should only be able to wear women's clothes, have long hair, a high voice, and wear make up? I refuse to conform because I am a feminist and I don't let men tell me who I am. I will grow my womanly beard out if I want, and not shave anything. I will wear a suit and tie to work if I feel like and not even own a pair of heels.
I'm going to go apply for an SBA loan as a woman, as me. When they (as the patriarchy often does) deny my right as a woman with a penis to get a woman owned business loan, I will file in court.
One of two things will happen:
I will win, in which case holy fricking shite now I have to come up with a way to use all my monies and lulz
I will lose, in which case I will set legal precedent and destroy this transgender silliness forever. and lulz.

If you aren't undergoing hormone therapy, then you probably don't have much of an argument from a transgender point of view. Nice try though.

I don't have to conform to your intolerant box. Is there a law that says I have to have a certain hormone level in my body to be a woman? No. No there isn't and if there was, it would be put in place by old white men who don't have any clue what it means to be a woman.

A judge will interpret the shite out of those laws, as judges do. They will likely see this as an attempt at fraud since you likely have not even consulted a doctor about hormone therapy, much less started it. You do you, ma'am. Good luck with that attempted fraud.

Not necessarily, but if you are pursuing legal advantages based on your gender identity without going through some kind of process to show you are committed to it, it will likely be recognized as fraud.

So you are saying hormone therapy is the gender deciding factor.
Could you go on hormone therapy, apply for whatever benefits your hormone therapy begets you, then get off the hormone therapy? Sounds reasonable.

No, i'm not. I'm saying if you are on hormone therapy, it gives a judge a better idea that you aren't committing fraud. If they have absolutely nothing to go on other than your proclamation, you aren't winning that case.
