I don't follow the hypocrisy. Are you saying that she cannot advocate for less fortunate citizens if she is not a less fortunate citizen?

Also, 3.7M net worth puts you in the one percent?

She can pretend to advocate for whoever she wants, but she can also be criticized. I supposed I have to remind you that this is the same woman who exploited minorities by lying about being Native American. Yeah. That's right. Now, you can shut the frick up, bitch.

Calls out the 1 percent

IS part of the 1 percent and she's not calling herself out

Look at this typical liberal virtue signaling propaganda.

quote:

“I had opportunities because America invested in kids like me,” Warren said, adding that those same opportunities are often no longer available to many people born in circumstances similar to hers as a youth.

They are shameful.

This kind of stupidity is the problem. When people advocate for a stronger social safety net to help the less fortunate, the Fox News crowd takes it as direct personal attack on the wealthy. The saddest part is, the ones who take it the most personally aren't even wealthy themselves.

There is nothing at all hypocritical about Warren being successful and wealthy while advocating for the middle class and the poor.

If she is calling out the 1%, and she is part of the 1%, how is that not calling herself out? Is she excluding herself in her statements when railing against the 1%?

I don't see the hypocrisy. At least not from this example.

The reason that the voices of these individuals fall on deaf ears is because their lifestyles usually contradict their stances.

$3.7 million likely puts her in the 1%. She could easily fix that by giving up her money to account for the difference. She can give any amount of money she wants to the government.

I'm really nitpicking in her case though.

It is more of a hypocritical issue when people like DiCaprio or Al Gore complain about emissions while putting out significantly more than any other individual.

It is akin to preachers screaming fire and brimstone while cheating on their wives and using drugs.

I liken it as to a right-handed person wanting to teach me how to do things left-handed - and I'm left-handed.
