It's the biggest lie they could think of. It means 16 million people might not have insurance anymore. So of course they're going to automatically die.
The 16 million number is also because ending Obamacare will end the individual mandate and some people don't want to spend money on health insurance so they will decide on their own not to get it.

Ok, I will put in some work.
First: the CBO doesn't say that "16 million people will die." Rather, the CBO said 16 million could lose health insurance. LINK So the first number, from the "numbers guy," isn't a reflection of the CBO figures. This is made up to make an invalid point.
The second number, the 6.4 million people, according to the numbers guy's our own box quote, is the number of people who signed up between January 1, 2017 and the cut off date of the statistic. It does not represent the total number of people who have health insurance in America through either ACA regulated policies or Medicaid expansion. It is apparently a sign up number through the ACA marketplace this year alone.
So, third, the "numbers guy" starts with a fake number (16 million dead) and then applies a small subset of ACA enrollment expansion, then feigns wonder as to how the comparison of a fake number with an irrelevant number renders a fake conclusion, that no one has made except the OP.
And some of y'all still jump in to defend this kind of poorly done amateur propaganda.
