How to fight social injustice w/o protest or social media

Anyone know how this is done? I have yet to understand what anyone is supposed to do.

Find a hobby. You aren't fighting injustices on social media. You're just irritating your friends and losing them by the droves.

Donate your money to strong charities, donate your time to soup kitchens, have honest conversations about your perspective and hopes for the future with those around you.

Social injustice is not something that has a quick fix. Basically by definition. It only improves when one person at a time does their part to make the world surrounding them a marginally better place. Sharing an edgy tweet about the evils of the other political party does not work to accomplish this
