No Secret FISA Courts:

quote:

The Trump administration reportedly has obtained search warrants that would allow them access to the Facebook pages of thousands of anti-Trump protesters. The requested data — which targets all the information in three accounts — would include information on about 6,000 individuals who “liked” an anti-Donald Trump Facebook page, according to CNN.

Was this done in a secret Rubber stamp FISA Court or in an open federal court?

NYTIMES just in case you want to vomit before breakfast

quote:

Federal investigators last month persuaded a judge to issue a search warrant to the company, Dreamhost, demanding that it turn over data identifying all the computers that visited its customer’s website and what each visitor viewed or uploaded.

This gone be bad for Mr Future Liberal arse hat and presidential candidate, Mark Zuckenberg!

But the best is our President Trump went into open court and didn't use mafioso tactics to get the information that we needed, baws!

We FINALLY have a President that gathers information LEGALLY instead of being a TPOS! Looks like Trump just dropped some more kids off at the pool on another Obama legacy!

Obama legislated with the rule of "love and understanding". i.e., "I don't agree with some of the laws I was elected to enforce so I will pick and choose which laws to enforce".

Trump is legislating with the rule of "if it's a law I will enforce it. If you don't like the law then change the law".

I have a lot of problems with the former statement. I have very few, if any, with the latter.

That is the truth.

People were/are livid about the DACA situation because he told Congress to fix the cluster that they allowed to happen.

He is attempting to bring a stagnant body back to life to do their jobs.

They hate it and some of the people love it.

Which is more important: a law or a principle? Think hard before you answer

A principle, that's easy. But there are few principles higher than forcing the government to follow the law and maintain the legitimacy of the social contract.

It's tough to weed through your drivel to discern what Trump is looking to accomplish with this probe.

What is Trump trying to accomplish with the probe?

How is issuing subpoenas for US citizens' social media info, where there only perceived wrongdoing was engaging in free speech you don't like, "doing the right thing via the US Constitution?"

Well Princess Sunshine, when you see the word "LINK" with a line under it you can click that and get more information.

Oh, so you know more about what the "perceived wrongdoing" than the judge who issued the search warrants does? When did you check out the evidence that was presented?

I have an idea. Why not serve the warrants at 6 AM with SWAT teams at the homes of the officers of the company?
