How did we get so many liberals in this country?

When did it become the "cool" thing to do? Why do they think that they speak for everyone? Their broken record of agenda items are so nauseating. I hope we can restore a healthy mindset to this country.

The kids part is definitely the saddest. I know someone that brought their 2 month old son on the woman march and she didn't really know why she was there. Her answer when asked was "to support equal pay". She makes more than her husband.

Do you think this country was ever full of people that viewed life the exact same way as everyone else?
This world where people think that we should all think the same thing or something is wrong with us, never existed.
The issues that face our country are complex and no single ideology can see all of them optimally. Everyone has blind spots.
We get a lot more stuff done when people of differing viewpoints can work together and fill in the gaps where the other party is weaker, instead of one party having a monopoly and imposing their viewpoints on everyone.
It certainly isn't helped by people that think everything they think is correct and everything the other party thinks is wrong. People's need to confine oneself to a single ideology and demonize the other side is how we got into the mess we're in right now.

Parties have ebbed and flowed in our history... but the civil rights movement sorta made it seem that the ONLY moral side was the left and the media ran with it and the left kept control with that. It WAS on the right side of history. It isn't any longer.
Youthful people tend to be foolish and easily talked into the feel-good-ism of the left. As people age, they get wiser, but not before damage is done on enough of them. Goes all the way thru college, where kids like to drink and do drugs and all the fun shite college offers... and their minds are easily molded and galvanized.
However, they are turning pretty insane. It's gotten pretty unpalatable lately.

I don't have to tell myself that it's in the history textbooks and is a well established fact. Liberal has a much more broad definition than what you think it means.
