"We did nothing wrong. We reported the news to the highest standards of American journalism. Our credentials are impeccable. We are impartial. We seek the truth. Trump on the other hand, is "literally Hitler". Hitler "suppressed" the media too. Without us (CNN) the concept that The People have a right to a strong independent press will be jeopardized . What about people of color and women and the LGBT Community? What about the children and our Muslim friends? As long as we are excluded, the entire fate of the nation hangs in the balance. How can any of us be truly free, if Trump will not answer our questions? "
