Schiff's comments came in response to a tweet from Donald Trump Jr., who slammed Democrats and the media for "desperation" for covering a meeting he had in June 2016 with a Russian lawyer with Kremlin ties who promised him compromising information on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's campaign.

Yeah ... because I'm sure if they had the goods on the President or his family they wouldn't have blown their wad already.
