According to that police report (unknown whether it's real or not), event started at 0420 hrs and he was pronounced dead at 0557. That's a lot of time even if they coded him for an hour or so.

I saw the video tape of Seth's dad saying Seth died at the hospital. I also believe with every fiber of my being that the DC cops are dirty and told to stand down on the investigation. Seth leaked to WikiLeaks and the Clinton's had him happen upon a robbery.
