Here's what GOP should do on Obamacare

Screw reconciliation, draft a bill based on the Rand Paul/Mark Santorum plan. Put it up for a vote which will almost certainly fail in the Senate. Get these GOP cucks and Red State Dems on the record for continuing to defend this abomination. Put the bill up for a vote again and again each time that new news breaks out about the Obamacare death spiral escalating (insurers leaving the exchanges, rates going up, etc.). This should heighten the Dem bloodbath in the Senate in the 2018 midterms. Pass the Rand Paul/Mark Santorum plan after the 2018 midterms with 60 GOP Senators to override any attempted Dem filibuster. In the mean time, have Tom Price work to reduce as much of the regulation and red tape of Obamacare as possible.
