Has There Been A Worse Republican Senator Than John McCain?

He's a bloodthirsty neocon that loves to tie us down in expeditionary wars.
His love of all things neocon has cost us trillions in treasure and thousands of people's lives in blood.
He armed terrorists.
He created the ridiculous McCain Feingold bill with a goal of getting money out of politics but achieved the opposite by opening the floodgates to soft money and pacs.
He ran that weak, sad excuse for a campaign in 2008.
He picked Sarah Palin as a running mate.
He saved Obamacare at a pivotal moment in history, possibly forever sending us down the path to socialized medicine.
Has this guy ever accomplished anything worthy of note in government?

"Doctors have warned that plans for "brutal " NHS cuts are shrouded in secrecy and will cause uproar once revealed.
The British Medical Association (BMA) says health service leaders have refused to publish details of the proposals that could extend waiting times, reduce access to services, cut down on prescriptions and treatments, and even merge or close hospitals and facilities."

For a guy that actually served in the military that knows the real horrors of war, he acts and votes so much like a chickenhawk and has a fetish for it.
