People keep saying this yet Obama issued fewer EOs than W, Clinton and Reagan.

Pretty much his entire inauguration speech was a direct indictment of Obama and the Washington Elite ... and he gave zero fricks.
He doesn't have to blame Obama ... everyone who voted for Trump knows damn well why things are as bad as they are.

Generally speaking EO's were not a tool previously used to legislate.
They were under Obama though.
Great example today with Trump simply signing away the TPP. Agreements like that, or the Iran deal, or countless other things in the past would have been passed thru Congress. NAFTA is an example.
Under I'veGotAPen&APhone Obama, Obama simply used EO's instead of working to get measures through Congress. The result? A House of Cards legacy capable of being taken down with a pen as easily as it was assembled.
