Has Berkeley CA Become the Butthole of America?

Seems like it to me. I know they have plenty of competition; San Francisco, Seattle, Oakland, etc., but I'm not seeing any of those places acting quite as extremely as Berkeley. At the moment, anyway.
When it gets to the point where free speech is being shut down at a PUBLICLY FUNDED UNIVERSITY, something needs to be done. If I'm Trump, I would withhold their taxpayer funding until those left-wing loons stopped acting like some sort of subhuman species.
And just for the record, this goes for BOTH the dysfunctional town & the out-of-control university. Screw the town; Screw Cal-Berkeley, too.

I haven't read where people in Mena, AR are burning down property and attacking American citizens in order to silence free speech.

Well maybe that "butthole of America" description may be a little harsh for Mena. But I've been there and found the people to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming of ethnic minorities. It's just based on personal experience

Ex wife's cousin lives in Berkley. She's been living in a 5000 sq ft section 8 home for 12 years while working under the table to stack cash, sent her a lovely wedding card that said "good job marrying a baby killer". Great people out there, I tell ya!

Yeah San Francisco, Berkeley, Seattle totally horrible cities compared to Bumfrick, Nowhere. That's why the cost of living is so high-- because no one wants to live there.
