This guy does some work for me several times a year. Brick and block. I've heard him say over and over again he is a democrat. I've heard him use the n word and other racial slurs, yet, he says he cannot support Trump Because he is a racist.

What should I tell him?

I was hoping for something along the lines that would make him see how stupid he sounds.

I really don't want to try to convert the guy as i really think he is a true racist dixiecrat

He sounds like a fricking idiot. I'm sure anything you say to him in the way of advice would be lost on him.

If you feel the need to engage such a fool simply ask him for specifics to back up his accusation.

Works almost everytime when dealing with people talking out their butts.

Tell him you found someone else that gave you a better price on the work he does.

It's a mental disorder so there is nothing you can do except point, laugh, and mock.

Tell him he can get full time work instead of part time work by building the wall.

It's not worth the time you'd spend on it. Just say "ok" and let it go.

same question here

I was confused because I wish thinking the guy didn't like Trump because Trump didn't hate racial minorities. So I was like, what's bad about that?

It's unusual a guy would admit that about himself, but Trump did say he didn't want racists voting for him. So given that, I can understand why he'd vote for someone else
