While I don’t think highly of the opinions of most famous people, a college degree doesn’t mean you’re always right, or that your opinion matters more

So, apparently, Little Georgie doesn't believe that Hattie McDaniel EARNED her Oscar. Apparently, Little Georgie thinks that the Academy GAVE her that Oscar strictly because she was black.
Yeah, that's about par for the course with Hollywood.

Good-looking, famous, and 9-figures rich is an okay substitute for an AB, I suppose. And we all like artists, yes?

I agree; however “uneducated white male” how many times did we hear that in 2016
When you laugh at someone for saying “i love the uneducated” you’re calling uneducated people stupid. It was a bang head moment because I wanted Cruz to win. He wasn’t calling them stupid, they were

keep in mind the actors and actresses who lecture us, at least 95% of them do not have a college degree. so while the GED holder at Costco should listen to his or her betters, we should all stop and be enthralled with what these ignoramuses have to say
this is why watching it all burn is so satisfying.
Most CEOs don't have a college degree either so I'm not exactly sure what your point is here. Also you don't need a college education to see inequality and talk about it.
Just so you know pedophilia and quid pro quo are not just common practices in Hollywood but also everywhere where people hold positions of high-power. I know you so badly want to make this a liberal problem but it's really just a rich people problem

It wasn't until the 20th century that actors were thought of as anything more than a low profession that people were nevertheless entertained by.
Throughout history, they have always been a breeding ground for reprobates, which is one of many reasons why acting was considered a low profession. This lasted for thousands of years until relatively recently (e.g. in Dead Poet's Society when Neil's father is humiliated that his son wants to be an actor, and that was set in the 50's.).
When big names started realizing how much revenue they generate, they demanded bigger and bigger contracts, and here we are, being forced to listed to inane babble from some bimbo whose authority is that she has gone on sheltered tours of third world countries.

Oh, I remember this little gem. It became a show of who was wearing the red ribbon back then. It was all about the ribbon. Celebrities were all wrapped up in who was or wasn't wearing the ribbon. They even made a Seinfeld episode that lampooned this.
