(1) I don't think Trump's is really that low. I mean, we'd be looking at the President Hildabeast era if these organizations knew how (or even cared) to accurately gauge the support for Trump.
(2) 92% of the news media is attacking Trump 24/7. By contrast, Obama was getting "tough" questions like, "Mr. President, what has captivated you the most about your first 100 days as our President?"
(3) 95% of blacks were going to support Obama no matter what he did or didn't do. That's 95% of 13% of the population. Conversely, Trump doesn't have any group that supports him to that extent.

Do you mean the money that was delivered in cash..in different currencies, making them untraceable? That bears zero resemblance to any accepted currency transfers between nations. It does, however, bear a clear resemblance to the way organized crime functions.

Your own data (that reagan, clinton, oBama, and basically everyone else were in the mid 30s at one point) proves how fickle this stuff is.

Not when we're talking ABSOLUTE numbers. Trump's approval is now lower than Obama's ever got - there's no finagling there around medians vs means or 5-number summaries. Just pure failure on Trump's part, 2 months in.
