Finally left the Democratic Party today.

Now that I am back in my home state of New York, I re-registered to vote and I have changed my party affiliation from Democratic to Independent. I held off on doing this because my family has been staunch Democrats for generations. I was raised in a Democrat household and while I was younger and believed in that platform, after almost a decade of voting for them prior to 2016 election, I had enough of what they became. Political correctness, identity politics, etc is killing this country. Gay marriage? Fine, I'm okay with it. But the fact they demonize every single person who thinks life begins at conception is shitty.
Not joining the Republican Party because the leadership of that party is mainly cuckservatives. Libertarian Party is full of cucks who idolize Rand and Ron Paul. Gary Johnson is also a cuck.
I want to thank this board for helping redpill me. I'll be an Independent voter, but a vocal supporter of Our President, the God Emperor Donald J. Trump.

I was a registered Republican and changed to independent this past year. I had enough of what the GOP has become.

I left the Republican Party and registered as an independent back in 2006 because of my disgust of GWB. I rejoined 10 years later in 2016 realizing that leaving the GOP is exactly what the party leaders want you to do. The only way you can change things within the parties is by actively participating in them.

I'll never vote for a democrat, will probably never vote for a republican again other than Trump.

Libertarians are pretty wishy washy on Rand. Personally I think he's one of the smartest and most principled conservatives in Congress. He actually has a spine unlike most politicians in the Republican Party.
