Both dad and mom are raising their 2 year old son gender neutral.
They think he is going to be more grounded when he grows up.
Why don't the parents just raise him as the boy he is then let him decide for himself what he wants to be when he is old enough to decide for himself?

I also love how pink and pink tutus are gender-neutral except when they're feminine so you can try to raise a gender-neutral child.

That's literally what human beings do. They congregate as a society and establish roles for everyone. He is a boy and is expected to dress and be a certain way. This is most likely influenced by his genetics.
True gender neutral parenting, if I had to define it, would be having him run around naked every day until he decides he wants clothes. Then let him choose his own clothes.
I guarantee you the boy will pick whatever it is dad has been wearing.
