Federal Judge rules on Michigan recount: start Monday at Noon

Stein wants U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith to order the recount she is seeking to start immediately, or Monday morning. She argues a waiting period set out in Michigan law that will result in the recount likely starting Wednesday morning, is unconstitutional, because it endangers the voting rights of Michigan residents.

Republicans say the delay until Wednesday is because they need the time to have their own people in place in each county to observe the recount. However, it doesn't hurt that they also want the start to be Wednesday instead of immediately because the electors for Trump have already been certified to Congress by Michigan's governor.
If the recount takes past the 13th, then IF there are enough votes that change to potentially give the state to Clinton, the new slate of electors could not be certified and Michigan's electoral votes would either go to Trump or would not count, and the required number of electors would be subsequently reduced by an equal number. This is because those electors are required to be certified no later than six days before the December 19th election by the electors.

Oh and btw, there should be a law against candidates who only get less than 10-5% of the vote to demand recounts like this. Jill Stein was not aggrieved in any way whatsoever and there is zero chance she won any of the 3 states.
The ability to request recounts should only apply to people who lost the election below 15%, not jill stein who lost by 90+%.

Add in the fact that Stein was likely shopping for and found a friendly liberal judge just like she's trying to find one in Pennsylvania as well.
Zero chance Stein is doing this with pure intentions as she's likely a nutjob who really believes that she won, is acting as hillary's beard to challenge the results, or trying to get more funding through a huge scam.
I never want to hear liberals ever talk shite about how conservatives are attacking election integrity ever again.

Again...bear in mind it is the DEMS/PROGS doing this for the second time this century.
Republicans should seize on this to pass uniform requirements for federal elections (including Voter ID, limited early voting, regular purging of rolls and no provisional ballots - in other words, if you want to vote for a federal office, get your shite together).
