Wednesday afternoon, a federal judge in Hawaii issued a temporary restraining order nationwide over the ban, hours before it was set to go into effect.
In a 43-page ruling, US District Court Judge Derrick Watson, who presides in Hawaii, concluded in no uncertain terms that the new executive order failed to pass legal muster at this stage and the state had established "a strong likelihood of success" on their claims of religious discrimination.

The community organizer judge in Hawaii didn't challenge any legal position. He leaned on his interpretation of past campaign words. I'm not saying he's a liberal hippie douche....but he's a liberal hippie douche.

The Goobers are on the bench. These guys aren't ruling on the law, they are reading their beliefs of intent into the law. They are Judicial activist, and it's beyond obvious.

If a mall gets blown up, one might look at where terrorism originates. Like Saudi Arabia or Pakistan who have created known terror threats in the us.
And trump didn't include them in his ban.

I love the idea that this is all of the sudden going to become an epidemic all of the sudden because Trump can't get an EO through.
