This document is SO heavily redacted that these above links are pretty much the only notable information contained. There is also a page about a letter with powder sent to the govt and the note that was inside. Its some psycho rambling/ demanding things-- one of which is a national (worldwide?) ban on vacuum/ air moving technology.. I went through every page and I don't understand why most of it is redacted, many of these documents have them listed as unclassified at the top of the page. Anyone who knows why-- feel free to chime in
