Very informative. Can you explain how difficult a challenge it was not being able to use your box of colors?

Wasn't there a gerrymandered district in La. that ran from somewhere close to Baton Rouge up to Monroe and over to Shreveport? Who did that benefit?

We're going to benefit bigly in 2018 and moving forward since millions of illegal votes won't be cast for dimocraps.

I'm sure that will go well. Those two will be told to GTFO of the states they will try to influence.

Thanks BF. Is it still in effect? Was the odd shape of that district made to benefit blacks, whites, aliens?

This is so retarded. Both sides benefit from gerrymandering. It goes back to just about the beginning of this country's founding.

Depending on the state, the majority party draws the district map. Elections have consequences.

BTW, anyone remember Mel Watt's 12th district in North Carolina? That was the poster child for gerrymandering.

The spin on this is appalling. Dems benefit from gerrymandering just as much as Rs. The number of Minority politicians will plummet without gerrymandering. As usual, dems aim to make our country worse because they can't win eletions.

Just stop calling everyone who disagrees with you a bigot. And campaign in Wisconsin. You may be shocked by the results

ELBRIDGE GERRY 1744-1814

Well considering it was named after a US politician who lived from 1744-1814 you are absolutely correct.

In fact,in his Wiki at the link you can see the actual gerrymander on down the page.

I love when Democrats complain about gerrymandering and want the courts to do something about it, but they can't be bothered to vote in their local elections and elect state representatives who actually have control over this sort of thing.

Democratic state legislatures draw district lines that benefit them, and Republicans do the same. Of course it's going to benefit Republicans more when a majority of the states are controlled by Republicans.

This is just sour grapes for continuously losing elections.

we dis

we were able to draw the district lines in most states because Republicans had control of most state governments when the census was done

we won so many seats everywhere mostly because of how unpopular Obama & his policies were

Russians working overtime...
