So much fail in this thread.

1) So it's your assertion that flying a plane into a building = not bankrolling someone else's lifestyle choices?

2) You think it's OK to force a conscientious objector to go to war, or to force individuals to say the Pledge of Allegiance? What sanctions should be imposed on a potential juror who opposes the death penalty for religious reasons? Would you support the government forcing Orthodox Jews to keep their business open on Saturdays? You're OK with blue laws requiring businesses to close on Sunday, since the law applies to everyone?

I'll bite. This is one of the dumbest posts I've read in a long time. No, killing thousands of people because you believe your religion tells you to is wrong, regardless of what religion you believe in. For you to equate mass murder with domestic policy really shows how off the reservation you are.

Just to clarify, are you arguing that the freedom to blow up buildings and kill masses of people somehow equates to some liberals getting pissy about birth control? Really? You don't see a difference between saving an unborn life and killing thousands, as long as the person is fervent in what they are doing? I guess the motive will always justify the means and end huh?

PhD in Physics

I work for a Biotech R&D company and we have several people with a "PhD in Physics" who work for us.

They're not bright. They're not paid much. They lack almost any analytical skills and are basically hired because they understand a certain vocabulary.

The most obvious comparisaon would be to a paralegal.

Well. To be fair. A PhD in physics is not easy. You can't be dumb to get one.

But, it is pretty one dimensional so it says little about one's knowledge in other areas.

The question is dumb.

Not wanting to be FORCED to provide YOUR resources for a thing you don't believe in =/= killing thousands for what you believe in.

As to the quote. Clearly, Inhofe supports the former, not the latter. Any half wit knows that.

If we're going to go the Spidey route, then we can say that people who support "fighting for civil rights" are also in support of blacks who kill whitey because they think whitey is the enemy. Ya know. They're both supporters of "fighting for civil rights".

Of course. That would be dumb.

Alright, using your example, terrorist killed 2,996 people applying their conscience. Christians, applying theirs, are trying to prevent millions from being killed. Now, which one is truly for freedom?

Prove that BS. Your dissertation should be listed on the webz along with any other publications since then. You will have to give your real name and proof of ID on here

That's a really bad comparison. The terrorists were trying to effect Western geopolitical policy. IE, they want our influence removed from the Middle East. Hobby Lobby is not trying to stop women from using birth control. They just don't want to subsidize it.

are you seriously trying to equate killing someone, and not providing free abortions (when the receipient has MULTIPLE outlets to obtain them free on their own)?
