Told the Missouri governor to order the national guard to stand down? I believe it is very possible if not likely.

It is very believable

Unfortunately, the Governor's hard drive experienced a catastrophic failure recently and all of his emails have been lost.

Not outside of the realm of possibility...

I believe it, because it fits nicely in their Political narrative of stoking the flames of racial tension..

Only the fly on the wall in the room will ever know the answer to this question. I do agree that it is highly likely though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the gov. ask for the troops about a week ahead of time and the request was granted? If so, the gov. would have to be the biggest fricking fool ever not to have utilized the troops - unless he was strong-armed not to.

The fact that the Gov or any of his staff were incognito during the critical time period when the Guard was being summoned and begged for by the Mayor indicates that he was told not to send help. The Mayor could not even get a response from the Govornor or his staff. Implies that he was purposely avoiding the calls because the only answer he could have given was that the Guard was not coming to assist. When the Mayor asked why, the honest answer would have been that the White House told them to stand down. The ambiguous answer would have been a lie. He avoided both by going missing.

The republican lt. gov., R, raked the Gov.'s, D, arse over the coals about not using the guard. I'd imagine the governor's days are numbered in the political realm in the future. Rightfully so.

I agree.
I have already called my State Rep and Senator and a couple friends who are in the legislature to ask them to hold hearings.

Completely wrong. The National Guard is a dual status organization, I'll help you out with that:
In a USCA Title 32 Status (look it up)the National Guard of a particular state is under the exclusive command and control of the governor, this is the normal status of the National Guard; and
In a USCA Title 10 Status the President of the United States places those assets in a federal, Title 10, status, for example when a National Guard unit is mobilized for an overseas deployment they are moved from a Title 32 to Title 10 status.
At no point has the President moved the Missouri National Guard from Title 32 to Tile 10. Any blame for using or failing to use the Guard lies with the Governor.

I had heard talk of communications between Valerie Jarrett and the governor during the times in question. Phone logs maybe...it was during some of the coverage of the riots.

The only reason you could have possibly typed all that out is that you can't read for comprehension. Try the OP again. Slower.
