Do we have any political leaders that could hold their own with the Founding Fathers?

I'm not being rhetorical, also not trying to endorse a modern political view.
That said, is there anyone in DC that could be a part of that group of men?

Probably very few. Even then none of them would have thought Guam could tip over.

Rue Paul.
Maybe Rand Paul, too.
That's about it.

Great question... I think Jeff Session could fit, from a moral convictions stand point.

The Founding Fathers had a classical education.
That sadly fell by the wayside about 40 years ago.
And they selected people by brains and leadership and not party affiliation or diversity.
So probably almost nobody today...because their education is pitiful and anybody with half a brain doesn't go into politics today.

You know just about every recent president, including Trump, has an Ivy League education right?

Uh no. They each had their own leanings and groups they fell in with and came from.

Maybe we should try one without one is what that tells me. I liked the last one that didn't have one.

Ivy League isn't what it used be.

Roy Moore will soon be there.

Rand Paul is as close as it gets, and he's been a disappointment lately.

Lol the average grade at Harvard is an A and it's filled with affirmative action quota students

Absolutely not, in no way would any of these douches last a minute against a founding father. Those baws would settle there arguments with duels, take what they wanted, when they wanted.. they knew big government was bad and put the constitution in place to prove their point, too bad the congress uses it to whipe their asses now.
