Just got in from working all day clearing brush. Used about 6 old truck tires to get the fires going. Black smoke was rolling into the sky.

The key is to use the plastic netting from hay bales to start them. Paper takes too long and is prone to the wind

Just soak them down with diesel fuel and light them up. Whatever fuel doesn't burn just soaks into the ground, no biggie.

Woulda done that but I ran the tank dry today filling up the dozer
