Did anyone else have "surveys" on you ballot? Weird election year for me

The ballot in Illinois had 3 survey questions. One was "would I be in favor of raising the minimum wage for workers over 21 to $10.00?"
This along with no ID voting and a voter intimidation letter sent by mail. Weird year...
