Nunes said he still doesn't even know if Flynn was targeted with a FISA warrant or if it was merely incidental. Either way, the leaking of Flynn's name to the press was a felony.

I think you're right. After Rogers met with Trump, there was a media leak that Clapper was calling for his firing. Just coincidental I am sure.
I think Rogers went to Trump Tower to spill the beans. Trump likes loyalty and kept Rogers onboard.

Irrelevant. The subjects of FISA warrants are secret, doubly so when that target is an American. So whether the government had a FISA warrant for Flynn, or he was merely caught up in spying on the Russian, his name and all communications from or to him were supposed to be classified.
