this tweet doesnt make sense. You cant cover pre existing conditions AND have lower preniums and deductibles. And judging by the failure to bring this to a vote, other lawmakers know this. There's no magic "deal" to make here. its impossible.
You have a majority. You dont need a single democrat. Stop playing games like the useless 50+ Obamacare repeals the Republicans passed during the Obama adminstration and do what the people voted you in for.

If any so-called Republican "leader" knew what he or she were doing, they could pass whatever they want. But what we have in DC is the Three Stooges (Trump-Bannon-Kushner) versus the Keystone Cops (Repub Congressional leaders). It is both a joke and sad for the country.
