It's hilarious how this is being framed. So ClearChannel distributes Rush and Hannity to its competitors in many markets. And they are tired of losing money to their competitors - that they are supplying the programming to!
CC's strategy is clear. Jack up he price so the Cumulus stations drop the syndication.
This is happening because CC needs
Cumulus affiliates to drop (voluntarily) the show from its stations. If CC pulls the show, they are wide open to an anti-trust issue.
Of course the tards are trying to spin this like Cumulus no longer wants Rush
