This is truly the 1st credible step in draining the swamp and emptying out the "DC Brothel!"

This is a start though I'm not sure it will have any significant impact if it does ever become law. I would rather see gerrymandering for congressional districts done away with and also SENATORS NEED TO BE SELECTED BY THE STATE LEGISLATORS.

So where was Cruz in 1994? Had no chance then, has no chance now.

i fully support term limits (and elimination of EC). But a constitutional convention isn't happening either.

It's gonna be fun to see who votes against it. It will show how some people are in it to be career politicians.

Holy shite, that's awesome. Term limits might have been my favorite part of Trump's platform, but it was also the one I thought least likely to occur. Long way to go to actually get this thing passed obviously, but I honestly doubted whether we would even get a bill.

At the minimum, let's at least get this thing to a vote and force every representative to publicaly state their position one way or the other. Hopefully Trump can bully it through. Start contacting your representatives, let's get this done!
