Poorly written title. They are introducing term limits.

frick the amendment. Better odds to pass the bill have the greedy pols challenge it in court and get the Supreme Court to OK term limits. Same thing with birth babies citizship, frick star e whatever. Frick lawyers espically the good looking babes with law degrees

Pelosi is 76 years old and McCain and the rest all need to retire already.

It means 'a ban on term limits.'
And he even edited it but left the title alone.

First edit was just to put the message in it. Hate the way the mobile version has "Go" where "Return" usually lies on the keyboard. One wayward thumb and everybody gets to call you an idiot.

I have plenty of other reasons without this adding to it.

This is truly the 1st credible step in draining the swamp and emptying out the "DC Brothel!"

This is a start though I'm not sure it will have any significant impact if it does ever become law. I would rather see gerrymandering for congressional districts done away with and also SENATORS NEED TO BE SELECTED BY THE STATE LEGISLATORS.

Liberals want a Constitutional Connvention for getting rid of the electoral college, might as well talk about term limits too

i fully support term limits (and elimination of EC). But a constitutional convention isn't happening either.

It's gonna be fun to see who votes against it. It will show how some people are in it to be career politicians.

Go back and look at who voted against it when it came up with the Contract with America, and see if it cost anyone their seat. Everyone wants to limit people like Pelosi. Californians will just elect someone just like her. Most people, at the end of the day, want to be able to elect who they want to elect. That's reality. Alabamians could have limited Jeff Sessions' term anytime they wanted.

Holy shite, that's awesome. Term limits might have been my favorite part of Trump's platform, but it was also the one I thought least likely to occur. Long way to go to actually get this thing passed obviously, but I honestly doubted whether we would even get a bill.

At the minimum, let's at least get this thing to a vote and force every representative to publicaly state their position one way or the other. Hopefully Trump can bully it through. Start contacting your representatives, let's get this done!
