conspiracy jargon: false flag

The other day I was chatting with a conspiracy nut, and he said the false flag is coming...his claim: POTUS stages his own assassination, retires to Brazil...wife gets house in Hawaii...
I proceeded to laugh in his face, then read this article today:

Also the Texas nut job lady was sentenced for threatening the POTUS and Bush back in the day...

This guy said that the Potus could live out a private gay lifestyle, and go down in history as a great President...and it will occur right after Amnesty, so no one will overturn it and the Dems get 30 million new voters

Supposedly the anti-Christ will be assassinated and then will rise from the dead and proclaim himself the Messiah.
Think about this from a modern perspective. It could happen through a staged death and completely fulfill prophecy.

I've seen enough half truths to doubt everything, but c'mon, the boy scouts?
His theory is a huge FEMA camp, because why would the BSA spend half a billion on something they'd use twice a year.

It will be used for a lot of stuff and will be the new home of the National Jamboree. It is a huge, remote sight that will need to be able to sufficiently supply and maintain a population of at least 60,000 people for weeks at a time. It's a huge project.
