Best

Worst (RINOS)

Where are Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz? Tom Cotton should be higher.

On the Worst list, not surprised at all at #1 and #2 picks. Total obstructionists and do-nothings. Surprised to see Peter King on it.

They could've just linked the Freedom Caucus wiki with its list and it would have the same effect.

Worst (RINOS)

For as bad as Susan Collins may be as a complete RINO, at least she's not a complete bitch about it and may be one of the nicest people you'll meet in Congress.

Oh and any republican from the south and safe red conservative states has no business being a RINO.

Peter King is the definition of a Yankee authoritarian. He may also be the only sitting congressman to have provided material support for a terrorist organization (the IRA). He is a buffoon in a suit.

I agree with this.

Honest q. What are the criteria? Are there metrics, or is this simply based upon a poll/vote?

There should be some kind of way of weighting ideological consistency v. effectiveness. Some of the guys on the "best" list may be quiet workmen toiling away in the background, but I'd bet quite a few of them just don't do shite.

And there's a lot of leadership on the "worst" list. IE guys that actually have to make things run and not just stand around spouting about their principles Though I do agree that House leadership under Boehner and Ryan has been weak, they aren't really in a position to succeed. Too many Chiefs in the caucus.

How are the CR Top 25 CONSERVATIVES calculated?
The top 25 politicians in Conservative Review’s Top 25 Conservatives are determined by CR editors using a points system. A politician who receives a first-place vote is assigned 25 points, second-place votes receive 24 points, and so on.

There's a trend with those lists.

The longer you're in DC the worse you become.

This shows why we need term limits.

So just a vote.

How are these people rated? How is a 94 ahead of a 98 with a similar number of votes? How is Cotton with a C higher than people with an A.

Then there's This list, and scratch your head. I was disappointed with some of these. No Rand Paul, and surprisingly no Paul Ryan. Gowdy scored. Not sure if it has much to do with being conservative, but don't particularly care for it.

My Congressman is on there with a 100% Liberty Score. Proud of Congressman Gary Palmer.

Didn't that vote reverse something that had only been put in place for a year or less?

Heard something today from dude I work with about some Clinton/Google deal where they just undercut it...Idk if it is correct, because he wasn't a 100% sure. Certainly not going to find it on a "Google" search. We're all being monitored anyway...frick it.
